Why choosing the right SRO matters

Before joining, it is important to assess the membership terms: contribution amounts and payment procedure, liability-insurance requirements, inspection frequency and disciplinary measures. These parameters differ between SROs and directly affect costs and risks. We will help compare options and select a reliable organization.

SRO compensation funds

Compensation fund for damages (CF CD) — mandatory for all SRO members. From this fund, the SRO bears joint liability for damage caused by destruction of or damage to a capital construction facility under Article 60 of the Urban Planning Code.

Compensation fund for contractual obligations (CF CO) — established only where an SRO member participates in competitive procurement under Federal Laws No. 44-FZ and No. 223-FZ and Government Resolution No. 615. From this fund, the SRO bears subsidiary liability for non-performance of contractual obligations under Article 60.1 of the Urban Planning Code.
